Set in the loathsome surrounds of an inner-city peep show booth. A sinister and apparently psychopathic man on one side, a vulnerable yet defiant woman on the other. The one way mirrored glass separating their cabins serves to keep them both apart, while simultaneously drawing them together.
A polar dynamic of being seen and unseen, heard yet untouchable, dominating and dominated, female sensuality countering male aggression; all explored in a single space.
The use of the two cabins; reflections on the mirrored glass on the woman’s side, versus darkness and transparency through the glass on the man’s side. Tight manic shots create a claustrophobic environment and gripping tension for the psychopath. Exposed and well lit, the victim is incapable of retreat.

Genre: Psychological Thriller Run time: 12 min approx Shooting format: 16mm
